Why did you choose your profession?

I enjoy solving complex challenges that connect technology to business outcomes. My background in electrical engineering evolved into a passion for creating scalable cloud and enterprise solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.

Who are your main influences?

I’m inspired by leaders who turn complexity into clarity and vision into action. Jensen Huang reminds me what it means to think boldly — to reimagine entire industries through technology and lead with conviction when others hesitate. April Mills has had a significant influence on how I lead; her Agent of Change mindset shapes how I approach transformation — not by forcing change, but by empowering it. She taught me that progress happens when people feel ownership, clarity, and trust in the mission. Dan Olsen keeps me grounded on the product side — his Lean Product Playbook reinforces that innovation starts with listening to users, validating quickly, and building what truly matters.

What is your most significant accomplishment?

I led the development of a global technical framework for high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions by aligning engineering, product, and customer teams. I drove the creation of scalable architectures that improved performance, reduced operational costs, and accelerated enterprise adoption across various ecosystems. This initiative demonstrated how technical innovation, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration can drive measurable sales growth and sustainable business outcomes across industries.

What tools do you use?

I leverage a combination of technical, infrastructure, and management tools across the full data center lifecycle — including Cloud Service Providers like AWS and GCP, and on-prem orchestration platforms for hybrid deployments. I use Python for automation and performance analysis, Jira and Smartsheet for program tracking, and CRM systems for customer alignment. My toolkit also includes benchmarking, telemetry, and monitoring platforms for HPC and AI environments to optimize workload efficiency, performance, and cross-platform scalability.

What advice would you give someone just starting in your profession?

Stay curious and adaptable, be resilient, and practice that every day, meditate sitting quietly. Technology evolves fast, but the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and understand customer needs will always set you apart. Focus on impact, not just innovation, listen to your customers, and anticipate opportunities. Prioritize delivering real value through services and scalable experiences rather than just building products—because service-driven solutions adapt, monetize, and evolve faster to meet changing customer demands.
